Orders arrive everywhere
Calls, WhatsApp messages, photos of handwritten lists, salesmen's notes. Each is retyped, and mistakes show up as short supplies and disputes.
Industries · FMCG distribution
Distributors take orders from hundreds of dealers by phone, WhatsApp and salesmen's diaries, each with its own price list, credit limit and scheme. Then everything is typed into Tally. ShopenUp gives dealers a proper ordering portal, built on the platform for your rules, and keeps the accounts in step.
What gets in the way
Calls, WhatsApp messages, photos of handwritten lists, salesmen's notes. Each is retyped, and mistakes show up as short supplies and disputes.
Price lists by dealer group, quantity slabs, schemes that change monthly. Only two people in the office know them all.
An order should not ship if the dealer is over their limit or has dues past thirty days, but nobody checks until the invoice is made.
Invoices, ledgers and stock live in Tally. Any ordering system that does not talk to it creates a second set of numbers.
A day of orders
Sample orders on a live board, the way the admin shows them: item, city, payment method and status.
Today's orders
Sample data
A board of sample orders arriving through the day, with running totals for orders, revenue and the share paid by cash on delivery. The orders are made up.
How ShopenUp fits
Dealers log in, see their own prices and schemes, place orders and track dispatch. Built for you on the platform, so catalogue, orders and stock are already there.
B2B price lists, quantity slabs and scheme rules are custom work, set up to match how your business actually sells.
Outstanding and limits pulled from your accounts, so an order over the limit waits for approval before it ships.
Tally or ERP sync is built for you: invoices with GST details go to your books, and stock comes back to the portal.

Getting started
An example
For a Gujarat FMCG distributor, we built a B2B ordering portal on ShopenUp. Dealers place orders, see their credit and track dispatch. The portal applies dealer price lists and schemes, produces GST invoices, and syncs with Tally. It was delivered as a custom build by the Code Colonies technology team.

Questions
No. The portal is built on ShopenUp as custom work, on 2good.dev terms: INR 199 an hour, 150 hour minimum, no advance, and you pay after you accept the work. Larger distributors often fit the Enterprise plan.
Tally or ERP sync is built for you. We agree with your accountant which records move in which direction (orders, invoices, stock, dues) before we build.
Yes, as part of the custom build. The mobile friendly portal can let a salesman place an order on a dealer's behalf, with the same prices and checks.
You and your CA. The invoices follow the rates and HSN codes you set; we build what you specify and do not give tax advice.
