The problem
Heavy parcels, guessed charges
A seller of brass lamps and planters charges a flat ₹80 for delivery because working out the real cost is too much effort. A 4 kg urli to Guwahati then costs more to ship than the margin on it. Labels are written by hand, the courier portal is a separate login, and tracking numbers are copied into WhatsApp one at a time.

A Moradabad brassware workshop
A Moradabad workshop sells brass diyas, urlis and planters, from 200 g to over 5 kg. They connect a courier aggregator, print labels from each order and stop writing addresses by hand. For charges, they start with a flat rate that covers most parcels and accept a smaller margin on the heaviest pieces. Live rates by pincode would be fairer to buyers, and they ask us to build it once they see how often heavy orders go to the north east. What they charge for delivery, and whether they absorb part of it, stays their decision.

Which couriers can I use?
The store connects to couriers through third party shipping services, such as courier aggregators. Which couriers you can book depends on the service you choose. We confirm the connection with you before launch.
Can delivery charges change with weight and pincode?
You can set simple flat or free shipping methods yourself on day one. Live courier rates calculated for each buyer at checkout are built for you.
Can I print shipping labels?
Yes. Labels are generated from the order with the buyer's address and order details filled in.
