Sales reports
Sales over the period you choose, with order counts and value, so you can compare this season with the last one.
Features · Reports
The admin has basic sales and inventory reports: what sold, over which period, and what stock is left per product. Deeper dashboards that join store data with your accounts or marketing are built for you.

Items sold out

A moving band of sample orders from Indian cities, with the item, amount, payment method and status. The orders are made up.

The problem
A knitwear maker plans winter production in July. Last year they made too many grey cardigans and ran out of maroon ones by mid December, because sales were counted from courier slips and memory. Nobody could say which sizes sold first or how much stock was tied up in designs that did not move.
Works on day one
Sales over the period you choose, with order counts and value, so you can compare this season with the last one.
Stock left per product and variant, so slow movers and near sold out sizes are easy to spot before you reorder.
Choose who on your team can see reports. Packing staff do not need to see revenue, and your accountant does not need to edit products.
If your analyst wants the raw data in a spreadsheet or another tool, orders and products can be read through the API.

How it works
A day of orders
Sample orders on a live board, the way the admin shows them: item, city, payment method and status.
Today's orders
Sample data
A board of sample orders arriving through the day, with running totals for orders, revenue and the share paid by cash on delivery. The orders are made up.
An example
A Ludhiana brand sells sweaters, cardigans and kids' woollens, and does most of its year's business between October and January. With a season of orders on ShopenUp, the sales report shows which designs and colours sold through, and the inventory report shows which sizes ran out first. They use those two reports to set next year's production in July with real numbers. Margin by design would help too, but that needs cost data from their books, so it waits until they decide whether a Tally sync is worth building.
Illustrative example with sample data.

Sales alone hide a lot. Six numbers give a fuller picture: conversion rate, average order value, repeat rate, RTO rate, return rate and contribution margin per order, each with a clear method and a response when it moves.
