Orders scattered across channels
One dealer sends a photo of a handwritten list, another calls, a third messages the salesman. Someone has to collect it all and type it in again.
Solutions · B2B and distributors
A Gujarat FMCG distributor might take orders from hundreds of dealers by phone, WhatsApp and visiting salesmen, each with their own rates and schemes. Typing those orders into Tally at the end of the day is slow and errors creep in. ShopenUp gives you the ordering base, and the dealer specific parts are built for you on top of it.

A moving band of sample orders from Indian cities, with the item, amount, payment method and status. The orders are made up.
What gets in the way
One dealer sends a photo of a handwritten list, another calls, a third messages the salesman. Someone has to collect it all and type it in again.
Rates depend on the dealer, the volume and the scheme running this month. A public price on a website does not fit.
Your invoices, ledgers and GST returns already run on Tally or an ERP. A new system that does not talk to it only adds work.
Dealers call to ask what was dispatched and what is still pending. Each call takes time your team does not have.
How ShopenUp fits
Create and manage orders, ship part of an order when stock is short, and let dealers track the rest. This works on day one.
Dealer price lists, schemes and a dealer login are built for you. We built a B2B dealer portal on ShopenUp for a Gujarat FMCG distributor as a custom build.
With the API and webhooks, orders can flow to Tally or your ERP. The sync itself is integration work, scoped to how your books are set up.
Role based access lets sales, dispatch and accounts each see the parts of the admin they need, and nothing else.
A day of orders
Sample orders on a live board, the way the admin shows them: item, city, payment method and status.
Today's orders
Sample data
A board of sample orders arriving through the day, with running totals for orders, revenue and the share paid by cash on delivery. The orders are made up.
Getting started
When it fits
ShopenUp is a good base when your dealer ordering has rules of its own and you want to pay only for those parts, with the catalogue, orders and admin already in place. If your process is unusual from end to end, or it has to live inside your ERP, a fully custom build may serve you better, and we advise on that after reviewing it.
Questions
Not on day one. ShopenUp has basic discounts and price management natively; dealer specific price lists, schemes and a dealer portal are built for you as custom work.
That is the kind of sync we have built before, but it depends on your Tally setup and ledgers, so we scope it after seeing them. Your CA should confirm the invoice format meets GST requirements.
The Code Colonies technology team builds it on 2good.dev terms: USD 2 or INR 199 an hour, a 150 hour minimum, no advance, and you pay after you accept the work.

Send a few products and your trickiest order. The demo shows them in the admin and on a storefront, with a plain list of native and custom parts.
