Sizes, colours and festive rushes, without the spreadsheet on the side

In clothing, most of the work is in the variants. One kurta in five sizes and four colours is twenty stock counts, and the wrong one going out means an exchange, a reverse pickup and an unhappy buyer. ShopenUp keeps those counts straight across your store and your Instagram link, and handles exchanges the way you choose to run them.

What gets in the way

Problems we hear from fashion and apparel merchants

Variant counts drift

The website says the medium in indigo is in stock; the shelf says otherwise. Orders from the Instagram link and walk in sales are updated by hand, late, or not at all.

Exchanges eat the margin

Size swaps are normal in apparel. Each one is a reverse pickup, a fresh dispatch and a refund or credit that someone has to track in a separate sheet.

Festive weeks break things

Navratri, Diwali and wedding season bring most of the year's orders in a few weeks. That is when the cheap plugin fails or the theme slows down.

Product pages take too long

A new collection of forty styles, each with six photos, a size chart and fabric care, takes days to upload when the admin was built for ten products.

Returns and refunds

How a size swap moves through the store

Requested, approved against your policy, picked up and checked. Returns workflows are built for you around the policy you publish.

How ShopenUp fits

Where the store helps

Variants built in

Size, colour, fabric and fit as attributes, each variant with its own SKU, price and stock count. Listings are not capped by the platform, so a large collection fits.

One stock count

Orders from the storefront and from your Instagram link draw from the same count. Walk in sales can be entered in the admin or connected through the API.

Exchanges your way

Partial fulfilment and refunds work on day one. A full exchange workflow, with size swap rules and store credit, is built for you to match your policy.

Managed through peaks

Hosting, updates and support are handled by our team, so a festive sale is not the week you discover a plugin is out of date.

Works on day one

  • Size and colour variants with their own SKU and stock
  • Categories and tags for collections and occasions
  • Basic discounts for festive codes
  • Shipping labels and courier booking through shipping services

  • Email and SMS campaigns for new drops

Built by the Code Colonies technology team on 2good.dev terms: INR 199 an hour, paid after you accept the work.

An example

A Jaipur block print label

A label sells hand block printed kurtas, dupattas and bedcovers on its own site and through an Instagram link. Each kurta comes in five sizes and three colours. On ShopenUp the founder adds a new collection, sets one discount code for the Diwali week, and sees the stock for every size in one list. When a buyer in Pune asks to swap a large for a medium, the team marks a partial return and sends the new size; the exchange rules her team wanted, such as a free first swap, were built as a custom module and paid for after she accepted it.

Questions

From fashion and apparel merchants

How many variants can one product have?

As many as your sizes and colours need. Each variant has its own SKU, price and stock count. If you have a very large catalogue with many combinations, we look at the structure with you before the import so filters and search stay usable.

Can customers exchange a size without a refund?

Partial fulfilment and refunds work on day one. A proper exchange flow, where the new size ships once the old one is collected, is built for you on 2good.dev terms so it matches your own policy.

Do you handle our Instagram orders?

Orders placed through a link to your store come into ShopenUp like any other. Orders taken in direct messages can be entered in the admin by your team. Syncing a catalogue to a social shop is integration work we build for you.

Will the store cope with a festive sale?

Hosting is managed by our team on the managed plans. Tell us the dates and the codes you plan to run, and we check the store with you beforehand. Uptime figures are not quoted; we agree with you what is checked and when.
