A store that fits the systems you already run

Larger merchants need a store that works with everything around it: an ERP, a warehouse team, a CRM, a support desk. A Bengaluru electronics accessories brand handling COD and returns at volume, or a Kochi spice exporter selling to several markets, depends on those links working every day. ShopenUp provides the core store, and Code Colonies builds the connections.

What gets in the way

Problems we hear most

Returns and COD at volume

When a share of COD orders come back refused and returns arrive every day, someone has to track each parcel, refund and restock by hand.

Systems that do not talk

Orders sit in the store, stock in the ERP and customers in the CRM. Teams copy data between them and work from numbers that do not agree.

More than one market

An exporter may need prices in other currencies, more than one warehouse or a separate store per region, each with its own rules.

Controls the auditors ask about

Admin access, sign-in security and the handling of shopper data come up in every review, especially now that shopper data is personal data under the DPDP Act, 2023.

How ShopenUp fits

Where the store helps, and where we build

API, webhooks and custom modules

API access and webhooks work on day one, and custom modules hold the logic that is unique to your business without forking the platform.

Returns, multi warehouse and multi currency

These are built or integrated for you as separate small projects, each scoped against how your operation runs today.

Unlimited products

The Enterprise plan has unlimited products and custom pricing, agreed once we understand the scope and the custom work involved.

Access and shopper data

Role based access works on day one; two factor authentication is added for you. For DPDP obligations on shopper data, TrustOS is the group's compliance product.

An order, start to finish

When it fits

ShopenUp fits an enterprise that wants a managed store core and is willing to have the specific parts built around it, paid by the hour after acceptance. If almost every part of your commerce flow is unique, or your policies require a platform you host and own outright, a fully custom build is likely the better choice.

Questions

From enterprise

Can you connect ShopenUp to our ERP and CRM?

Yes, as integration work through the API and webhooks. We look at your systems first, then quote the hours before any build starts.

Is the platform PCI DSS certified?

Card data is handled by the payment gateway you choose, and the gateway carries its own PCI DSS obligations. We do not claim a separate certification for ShopenUp.

Does ShopenUp make us DPDP compliant?

No platform does that on its own. Shopper data is personal data under the DPDP Act, 2023, so consent, notices and data requests need a process. TrustOS (dpdpatrustos.com) helps with that; confirm your obligations with your lawyer.
