Integrations

Your store, connected to the services you already use.

A store sits in the middle of a gateway, a shipping service, your accounts and the places you sell. Some of those connections work on day one. Others, such as Tally sync, are built for you by the Code Colonies team.

What does ShopenUp connect to?

ShopenUp connects to the payment gateway you choose and to courier aggregators through third party shipping services on day one, with an API and webhooks for your own systems. Tally or ERP sync, marketplace and social catalogues, CRM and marketing tools are built or connected for you.

Payment gateways

Buyers pay by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet through the payment gateway you choose. ShopenUp records the payment against the order; the gateway handles the card data and carries its own PCI DSS obligations.

Gateways are not listed as partners. Tell us which one you use or prefer, and we confirm the connection in the first call.

Works on day one

  • Gateway payments

Payment gateway integrations work on day one. You open an account with the gateway that suits your business, and we connect it to your store.

  • Manual payments

Cash on delivery and bank transfer work as manual payment methods, marked paid in the admin when the money arrives.

  • Refunds against the order

Refunds are recorded on the order and processed through your gateway, so the books and the order history agree.

Built for you

  • Recurring payments

Subscriptions and recurring billing, using your gateway's recurring features where it offers them.

  • Part payments and advances

A deposit now and the balance on delivery, for furniture, bulk orders or made to order goods.

  • Multi currency

Prices and checkout in other currencies, if you sell abroad and your gateway supports it.

Couriers and aggregators

Most Indian stores ship through a courier aggregator that books pickups with several couriers from one account. ShopenUp generates shipping labels and connects to carriers through third party shipping services.

Which aggregator you use is your choice. We say in the first call how your preferred service connects and what, if anything, needs building.

Works on day one

  • Shipping methods

Flat, free above a value, by weight band or by region. Set in the admin on day one.

  • Labels

Shipping labels generated from the order, with the address and order details filled in.

  • Carriers through shipping services

Carrier integrations through third party shipping services, so tracking flows back to the order.

Built for you

  • Real time rates

Live shipping rates from a carrier at checkout, by weight and pincode.

  • NDR and RTO handling

Undelivered parcel alerts with a step for your team to reach the buyer before the parcel goes back.

  • Multi warehouse routing

Shipping each order from the warehouse that has the stock and is closest to the buyer.

Marketplaces and social

Many merchants sell on their own store, through an Instagram link, on WhatsApp and on one or two marketplaces. The hard part is keeping one stock count across all of them.

Marketplace and social connections depend on each platform's own rules and approvals. We check those with you before quoting.

Works on day one

  • Links from social

A link in your Instagram bio or a WhatsApp message takes buyers to your store; those orders arrive like any other.

  • Orders entered by your team

Orders taken in a chat or on the phone can be created in the admin, drawing from the same stock.

  • API and webhooks

Stock and order events your own tools can listen to, from day one.

Built for you

  • Marketplace sync

Pushing stock and prices to a marketplace and pulling its orders back, so the count stays right.

  • Social catalogues

A product feed for a social shop or ads catalogue, kept up to date from ShopenUp.

  • WhatsApp ordering

A catalogue and order flow on WhatsApp through a business messaging provider.

Accounting and ERP, including Tally

For most Indian businesses, Tally or an ERP is where the accounts and often the stock really live. Your store should agree with it, without someone retyping invoices every evening.

Tally or ERP sync is always built for you. We agree the records, directions and timing with your accountant first.

Works on day one

  • Exports and reports

Basic sales and inventory reports in the admin, with exports your accountant can work from.

  • API access

Orders, customers and stock are available through the API, so a connection can be built against them.

Built for you

  • Tally sync

Sales invoices with GST details into Tally, and stock or dues back to the store, in the directions your accountant agrees.

  • ERP connections

Orders and stock exchanged with the ERP you already run.

  • Tax inclusive pricing rules

Pricing rules for tax inclusive display and invoices, set up with your CA's advice.

Marketing tools

Email, SMS, a CRM, reviews and analytics. Most stores use some of these already and want their store data to reach them.

Marketing tools collect shopper data. Your notices and consent should match what you actually send; the DPDP Act, 2023 applies.

Works on day one

  • Discount codes

Basic discounts and price management for campaigns, on day one.

  • SEO basics

Titles and descriptions for products and categories, so pages can be found in search.

  • Webhooks

Events such as a new order or customer, sent to the tools you connect.

Built for you

  • Email and SMS

Campaigns, abandoned cart and reorder reminders through the provider you choose.

  • CRM and segments

Customer segments and a connection to your CRM.

  • Loyalty and referrals

Points, rewards and referral codes, built to your rules.

  • Live chat

A chat widget on your store, connected to the people who answer it.

Selling in several places

One stock count behind every channel.

Orders from your storefront, your Instagram link, WhatsApp and dealers all draw on the same stock. Orders taken in chats are entered by your team; channel syncs beyond that are built for you.
