Order creation and management
Store orders arrive on their own. Your team can also create an order in the admin for a phone or WhatsApp buyer, so every sale is in the same list.
Features · Orders and fulfilment
Orders from the store land in one admin list with their payment, items and shipping status. You can ship part of an order now and the rest later, and buyers get an update at each step.

The problem
An accessories brand selling chargers and cables gets orders from the website, a few from WhatsApp and some by phone. Half are cash on delivery. Packing works from a printed sheet, tracking numbers are pasted into chats by hand and buyers call to ask where their parcel is. When one item in an order is out of stock, the whole order waits.
Works on day one
Store orders arrive on their own. Your team can also create an order in the admin for a phone or WhatsApp buyer, so every sale is in the same list.
Mark an order packed and shipped, or ship the items you have today and the rest when stock arrives. Each shipment keeps its own tracking number.
Each order shows where it stands: paid, packed, shipped, delivered or cancelled. Buyers can see the same status from their account.
Buyers get an update when the order is confirmed, shipped and delivered, which cuts down the where-is-my-order calls.
Orders paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer sit in the same list as gateway payments, marked as pending until you confirm the money.
Built or connected for you when needed

How it works
An order, start to finish

An example
A Bengaluru brand sells phone cases, chargers and cables, and close to half its orders are cash on delivery. On ShopenUp, website and phone orders sit in one list, the packing team ships part orders when a cable runs out, and buyers get tracking updates without calling. Returns are the hard part for them: damaged chargers, wrong models, refused COD parcels. They ask us to build a returns module with pickup requests and an inspection step, and they decide their own policy on refunds versus replacements. The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 expect return and refund terms to be shown clearly to buyers, so they have their lawyer review the wording.

A returns policy is read most closely by the buyer who is about to order and the buyer who is unhappy. A good one answers their real questions, matches what your team actually does, and covers what Indian consumer rules expect.
