Themes that work on mobile
Most of your buyers will arrive on a phone. The themes are laid out for small screens first, so product photos, sizes and the buy button sit where a thumb expects them.
Features · Storefront
Your shop opens on a theme that works on mobile, with your products, categories and search fields set up from the admin. If the design needs to look exactly like your brand, our team builds that for you.
A moving band of sample orders from Indian cities, with the item, amount, payment method and status. The orders are made up.

The problem
Most small labels start on Instagram. Orders come in as messages, prices are sent one by one and payment is a screenshot of a UPI transfer. It works for twenty orders a month. At two hundred, people lose track of who paid, what was promised and which size is left, and buyers who find you on Google have nowhere to land.
Works on day one
Most of your buyers will arrive on a phone. The themes are laid out for small screens first, so product photos, sizes and the buy button sit where a thumb expects them.
List every design you make, within your plan's product limit. Old products can stay up as sold out, so links people saved still work.
Group products the way your buyers shop, such as by fabric, print or occasion, and use tags for collections that cut across categories.
Each product and category page has its own title, description and web address you can edit, so a search for an indigo dabu print kurta can find the right page.
Sell printed fabric by the metre next to a downloadable pattern or a gift card, from the same catalogue and checkout.

How it works
Checkout
The buyer pays through the gateway you choose, or picks COD. The admin records the payment against the order as it happens.
What the admin records
Sample checkout. Payments run through the gateway you choose, which handles card data under its own PCI DSS obligations. Cash on delivery and bank transfer work as manual payment methods on day one.
Theme settings
An example
A four person label in Jaipur sells hand block printed kurtas and dupattas, mostly through Instagram. They move the catalogue to a ShopenUp store, tag each piece by print (dabu, bagru, sanganeri) and link the store from their bio. Instagram still brings people in. The difference is that sizes, prices and stock now live in one place, and the team stops answering the same price question forty times a day. They keep the standard theme for launch and decide later whether a custom design is worth paying for.

Questions
Yes. The store runs on your domain. You keep ownership of the domain with your registrar and point it to the store.
Within the theme you can set your logo, colours and menus. A fully custom design is built for you by our team as a custom module, and quoted before any work starts.
Yes. The store does not replace Instagram. Most merchants link products from posts and their bio to the store, so the order, payment and stock are recorded in one place.

The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 apply to businesses that sell their own goods on their own website, as well as to marketplaces. In practice they ask a typical store for clear disclosures, real consent and a working complaints process, and small stores tend to fall short in the same few places.
